Salman Shagaya Foundation | Construction Skills

As an industry, the construction sector is continually developing and has been plagued with a shortage of skilled workers slowing down projects and making them less cost-effective. The industry is larger than the financial services sector, and is a vital engine for the state’s economic growth. However, without a pipeline of skilled workers to deliver planned projects, the sector may be unable to fulfill its potential.
